The following are terms of the "I'm a PMO Coach T-shirtGiveaway" ("Giveaway"). The PMO Coach is a website operated by Terminus, Inc. a Texas Corporation ("TERMINUS"). After your successful registration, you will receive an email from the PMO Coach Administrator with the subject line titled "PMO Coach T-shirt Giveaway". You must reply to this email within 72 hours and provide your full name, your PMO Coach member ID, a U.S.A. mailing address and your preferred shirt size. T-shirt will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. Potentially available shirt sizes are: Men’s Medium, Men’s Large, Men’s X-Large, Men’s 2X-Large.
Giveaway available for addresses in the U.S.A. only. U.S.A. Location (state) must match the location selected during the registration process. Shirt sizes are limited and are not guaranteed. Giveaway requests will be processed in the order that they are received. TERMINUS is not responsible for incorrect addresses or the inaccurate or failed delivery of the U.S Post Office. Only one Giveaway per PMO Coach member ID and/or U.S.A mailing address will be processed. Giveaway recipient is responsible for any and all applicable taxes. Your acceptance of the Giveaway, grants TERMINUS permission to include your registered email in TERMINUS' mailing list. You may OPT-OUT of the mailing list at any time by requesting so in reply of a targeted mailing delivered to your registered email address. Decisions from the PMO Coach Administrator regarding distribution and eligibility of the Giveaway are final. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
